Frequently Asked Questions

Are my membership services truly unlimited?
Absolutely. Unlimited means unlimited. You can come in as frequently as you’d like. Just remember you can schedule up to three appointments at a time.


How can I pay my membership?
Membership payments are securely deducted from a credit/debit card. Month-to-month memberships are charged in full at the time of sign up, and each month thereafter on the same date unless canceled. One year membership discounts are available upon request.


After becoming a member, how quickly can I start using my services and perks?
After paying your first month’s membership fee, you can immediately start booking appointments for your unlimited hair services, facial, and photography service. You also have immediate access to your retail discounts and guest pass. Your first fashion accessory is usually ready for pick up in the salon approximately 1-2 weeks after you sign up. Month-to-month members are eligible for entry into Mystery Box giveaway each month they make a payment and one year members will be entered into the drawing for 12 consecutive months.


How many appointments can I schedule at one time?
You can have three appointments scheduled at one time. Once you attend your scheduled appointment, you can request another.


What is a guest pass?
Each month, a member can bring in a guest to receive one of their membership hair, facial or photography services. Please remember, all services require an appointment.


How do I tip?
You may tip in cash or with a card in the salon. We recommend tipping on the full a la carte service price.


How long does my membership last?
Memberships last anywhere from one month to one year depending on the membership plan you choose.


Salon Policies

Please be aware that a credit/debit card number is required to reserve your appointment.


We understand that life happens and you may need to alter your schedule. We kindly ask that you give us 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel your appointment. If 24 hours’ notice is not given, you will be charged 50% of the a la carte service fee. Missed appointments or “no shows” are subject to a charge in the amount of the full a la carte service.


Cancellations and “no shows” leave gaps in our schedules that cannot be filled without timely notice. This notification courtesy enables to schedule another client and, in turn, maintains a higher availability of services for you as well as others.


To maintain our commitment to punctuality with other clients, we may need to reschedule any appointment for which you are more than 15 minutes late.
